Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic interventions and psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families as needed, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant documentation for each client and intern in adherence to agency policies and state regulations.
\n
• Supervise and support interns and trainees: ensure timely completion of university documentation, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee their clinical assignments.
\n
• Lead training sessions and workshops for interns, equipping them with vital knowledge on clinical practices and compliance with applicable federal, state, and county policies.
\n
• Coordinate with Centralized Intake and school site contacts to address any psychosocial concerns and ensure effective service delivery for assigned caseloads.
\n
• Engage in continuous quality assurance and improvement activities, monitoring documentation and compliance with funding requirements.
\n
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as necessary, maintaining strong communication and collaboration within the clinical team.
\n
• Respond to clinical consultations, both in crisis and non-crisis situations, to provide timely and professional support to clients.
\n
• Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of interns, and actively promote recruitment events and initiatives to attract new talent.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work extensively with a diverse demographic comprising adults, children, and families who may be dealing with emotional distress, behavioral challenges, social issues, and other mental health concerns. Your role will significantly impact their recovery journeys, guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or another related mental health discipline.

• Must hold an active and independently licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California.

• Ability to provide telehealth services, requiring a reliable internet connection and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

• Experience in a community health setting or working with varied client populations.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, specifically the AWARDS platform, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
