Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and third-wave therapies, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Monitor and manage client behavior through effective behavior management strategies, providing ongoing support and intervention as needed.
\n
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team by attending team meetings, sharing insights on treatment progress, and adjusting care plans based on feedback and outcomes.

• Provide information, skills, and emotional support to families to enhance their child’s development, creating a family-centered approach to care.
\n
• Ensure thorough and timely documentation of clinical records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to compliance standards and best practices in information management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our client population includes individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in creating individualized care plans that reflect the unique cultural and social contexts of each client, promoting inclusivity and understanding in all interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of California is required.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in providing mental health services, ideally within a community health setting.

• Proficiency in computer operations, specifically with MS Outlook, Word, and other relevant software products.

• A demonstrated ability to effectively document clinical records in an electronic health record system.

Compensation and Benefits\n
