Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients, using standardized assessment tools to identify their mental health needs accurately.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate clients' progress.

• Provide both individual and group therapy services, utilizing a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Work in close coordination with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the holistic treatment of clients. This includes regular case conferences to discuss client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies.

• Engage in community outreach efforts that promote mental health awareness and advocate for our clients, reducing stigma and providing educational resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, who are experiencing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
