This opportunity includes: 2 weeks of hands‑on training with SV Academy’s instructor team prior to beginning the role A full‑time, paid Enterprise SDR Residency with a high‑growth SaaS company Continuous mentorship, professional development, and on‑the‑job coaching About the Role As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative , you’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. You’ll connect with data, analytics, and engineering leaders at some of the world’s most recognized brands, helping them solve the costly problem of unreliable or broken data pipelines. What You’ll Do Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark conversations and generate interest in the company’s data reliability solutions Research and qualify enterprise‑level prospects to understand their data infrastructure, challenges, and business priorities Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign strategies Track all outreach and engagement metrics in the CRM Consistently meet or exceed activity and qualified meeting goals Who You Are Driven: You thrive on exceeding goals and love the challenge of breaking into enterprise accounts Curious: You’re eager to learn how advanced technology helps organizations harness trustworthy data for AI and analytics Resilient: You handle rejection with professionalism and persistence Coachable: You welcome feedback and turn it into measurable improvement Organized: You manage your time, pipeline, and priorities with focus and precision What You’ll Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills Curiosity about technology, data, and enterprise software A growth mindset and eagerness to learn from feedback Comfort with CRM systems and digital sales tools (experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar is a plus) Why This Role You’ll join a team trusted by global brands to keep their data reliable and ready for business.
