Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at supporting clients' mental health needs, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health status and history.
\n
• Designing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitating one-on-one counseling sessions and group therapy, ensuring approaches that resonate with clients' cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.

• Providing consistent follow-up care, utilizing active listening and client feedback to adapt therapeutic activities effectively.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or social workers, to provide comprehensive care and make referrals when necessary.

• Documenting session notes and treatment progress using our EHR, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and eating disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, bringing unique perspectives and varying levels of need, which is why cultural competence and sensitivity are vital to your success in this position.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.
\n
• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and the latest evidence-based treatments.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
