Responsibilities & Duties:
- Identify and onboard premium publishers within your assigned region
- Build relationships with publisher owners, monetization teams, ad ops teams, and programmatic decision-makers
- Lead outbound prospecting, discovery calls, partnership discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Educate publishers on the value of our SSP, direct demand relationships, and monetization capabilities
- Work closely with account management, ad operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth integrations and successful launches
- Manage onboarding timelines and partner communication throughout the integration process
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM tracking
- Grow long-term publisher relationships focused on revenue performance and retention
- Represent the company within your regional programmatic ecosystem
