Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental and emotional needs, taking into consideration their medical history and personal circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will primarily work with individuals receiving hospice care, facing a variety of complex emotional and psychological challenges related to serious illness, end-of-life issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will provide specialized support that aligns with their medical care, ensuring that our approach to treatment is holistic and compassionate.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.
