Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients’ presenting issues, backgrounds, and agreed-upon treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.

• Develop and personalize treatment plans while continuously monitoring and adjusting interventions to align with clients’ needs and progress.

• Maintain confidentiality, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and legal requirements throughout your therapeutic process.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed about the latest practices and research in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, focusing on a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, and adjustment issues. Our patient population often includes individuals and families facing both routine life challenges and more complex emotional struggles, particularly those in end-of-life care at our Hospice Center. Your role will be pivotal in promoting emotional healing and stability for these clients during some of their most vulnerable times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally gained within a private practice or similar therapeutic setting.

• Strong clinical skills encompassing assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a deep sense of empathy.
