Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Assistant Director of Sales include: Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for business growth. Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing, occupancy rates, and revenue streams. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agents to drive business. Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue objectives. Event Planning Coordination: Work with the events team to secure and manage group bookings, conferences, and special events.
