Work Environment\n

This position is completely remote, providing flexibility to schedule sessions in the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice. Our telehealth facility leverages advanced technology to ensure seamless interactions with clients while allowing you to work during hours that suit your personal lifestyle. Given that we operate seven days a week from 7 am to 10 pm, there is ample opportunity to create a schedule that works for you.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy strategies that align with their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain and update accurate clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
\n
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care and treatment planning.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including training workshops and seminars to stay current on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote LPC, you will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and associated technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or treatment of substance use disorders is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, along with attractive bonus opportunities.
