Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate individualized one-on-one counseling sessions addressing various psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Offer couples and family therapy sessions to help resolve relationship dynamics, improve communication, and navigate family conflicts.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific interventions and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, assisting in de-escalation and stabilization.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, offering valuable coping strategies and connecting them with community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements in accordance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines.

• Adhere to ethical standards and legal obligations governing counseling practice, emphasizing client confidentiality and informed consent.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges in the Knoxville area. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will help clients navigate feelings of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other emotional concerns, significantly impacting their long-term mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• Demonstrated clinical experience in providing individual and/or group counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our compensation model includes the following benefits:
