Your role – responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests across various fields, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and handle maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of all procedures, assist in training newcomers, and ensure adherence to quality lab standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications:

• Acquisition of ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year post-hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your employment.
