Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide psychotherapy services effectively via video conferencing, ensuring client comfort and privacy during sessions.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, demonstrating adaptability in therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular counselor support groups and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and foster a collegial atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve counseling individuals ranging from adolescents to adults, as well as couples facing various challenges. The diverse backgrounds and conditions of our clients necessitate a versatile approach, as you will address a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Each therapist is empowered to bring their unique strengths and specialties to the forefront, allowing for tailored client interactions.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a mental health clinician: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is mandatory, with a Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work preferred.

• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling and treatment planning.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to foster effective client relationships.
