Company Description eFunStar is a gaming-focused business based in the Western United States. The company’s leadership has decades of experience in gaming, having launched and managed multiple brands through both brick-and-mortar retail stores and online channels. After successfully growing and selling its original retail store, eFunStar now concentrates on serving the online gaming community. Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Casper Area. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding eFunStar’s presence within the gaming and online retail markets. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients and partners, conducting outreach and negotiations, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with marketing and operations to develop growth initiatives. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing proposals and presentations, and tracking performance metrics to optimize revenue and customer engagement. The Business Development Manager will work closely with leadership to shape and execute long-term growth strategies. Qualifications Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with proven ability to generate and close new opportunities. Experience in market research, lead generation, and strategic planning focused on growth and partnership development. Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders, partners, and internal teams. Familiarity with the gaming, e-commerce, or retail industry, and comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Ability to analyze data, interpret key performance indicators, and make informed recommendations for improvement. Demonstrated collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong professional relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
