Qualifications\n To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following qualifications: \n \n Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. \n A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. \n Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. \n Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently. \n A strong understanding of various treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques. \n Proficient technical skills necessary for a remote practice, including familiarity with telehealth platforms. \n Preferred Experience\n While not mandatory, the following experience may enhance your application: \n \n Experience working within a community health clinic or in a similar mental health setting. \n Specialization in specific therapeutic areas such as trauma-informed care, grief counseling, or relationship therapy. \n Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and their application in therapy practice. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
