Duties Conduct patent prosecution for cutting‑edge technologies. Collaborate with a team of legal practitioners and clients. Provide strategic advice to clients on intellectual property matters. Engage in detailed legal analysis and documentation. Requirements Strong background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Proficiency in English and Japanese languages. Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience. Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements. Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Strong analytical skills for complex legal analysis. Effective communication with diverse clients and team members. Education Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Certifications Registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Skills Technical expertise in relevant engineering fields. Strong language skills in English and Japanese. Excellent analytical and writing abilities. Team‑oriented and collaborative approach.
