Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and practice boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans that reflect the individual needs of clients.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of each client’s treatment journey, including timely progress notes.

• Perform comprehensive intake evaluations to establish therapy goals and treatment frameworks.

• Facilitate a predetermined number of individual therapy sessions weekly, ensuring consistent client engagement.

• Participate in ongoing one-on-one supervision sessions to support clinical development and improve therapeutic techniques.

• Encourage collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will service a varied client population ranging from children to adults and families, each with unique challenges and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency with technological tools, including experience with excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY software.

• Comfort in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Ability to conduct thorough intake assessments with sensitivity and professionalism.

Preferred Experience\n

• Additional experience in a telehealth setting is a plus.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with cultural competency in mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and caseload. We offer a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring payment is received ahead of collection, eliminating financial delays. Additional financial benefits include bonus opportunities and a competitive W2 employment structure that prioritizes work-life balance.
