Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues.

• Utilize various communication methods, including video calls, audio messaging, online journals, and digital worksheets, to engage effectively with clients.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve positive client outcomes.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer-support sessions with fellow therapists, fostering collaborative case discussions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Stay informed about current best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatments for adults.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients who are experiencing a range of low-acuity mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship difficulties. Our platform screens patients to ensure that those referred to you are stable and have manageable issues. This allows you to provide effective care without the added complexities of severe mental health conditions or children, thereby enhancing your focus on therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid professional license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Access to a reliable Internet connection and a working computer or laptop (tablets are not supported).

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor with CaptivatingButterfly Community Corp., your annual salary will range from USD 115,000 to 130,000. Additionally, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend, which is designed to support your overall health and wellness.
