Contracting Assistant

Pay: $19.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience

A growing company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracting Assistant to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in contracting, administrative support, and potentially Human Resources.

The position will initially focus primarily on contracting and administrative responsibilities , with opportunities to expand into additional areas as the employee grows within the organization. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, price lists, and other important documentation.
• Use Excel formulas to assist with pricing and data management.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Assist with preparing bids, proposals, quotes, and other contracting-related documents.
• Maintain information across various online platforms and systems.
• Learn and support compliance-related processes and regulations.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Eager to learn and grow within a professional environment.

Full-time | Monday–Friday
Pay: $19.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience
