Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on their specific goals and conditions.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced rehabilitation equipment, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking treatments, responses, and functional achievements to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to educate them on proper techniques, use of assistive devices, and strategies for effective rehabilitation.
• Regularly reassess and modify therapeutic goals to ensure optimal outcomes, incorporating feedback and observational data into treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, engaging with industry literature, and networking within the physical therapy community to maintain cutting-edge knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license for Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
