NCC is looking for an entry-level Recruiter who will source, screen, and recruit candidates for funded and proposal positions and conduct full-cycle recruitments. The recruiter will develop strong pipelines of candidates for future opportunities and maintain a vast network of candidates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct all phases of the recruitment process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, etc.
• Post job ads internally and externally
• Update and maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity at all times
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring requirements
• Identify and implement effective and efficient recruiting strategies based on the needs of the organization
• Collaborate with human resource staff during the pre-boarding and onboarding process
• Conduct new hire and 90-day check-ins
• Facilitate new hire orientation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• 1-2 years of successful sourcing and/or recruiting experience
• Previous experience recruiting for professional services or government contracting roles
• Demonstrated experience with various applicant tracking systems
• Ability to pivot quickly when project scopes and/or funding priorities shift
• Working knowledge of EEO regulations to ensure a compliance hiring process
• Strong candidate sourcing skills
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for various proposal and funded positions within tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00
