Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to meet client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to diverse client backgrounds.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

• Regularly participate in staff workshops and professional development sessions to stay informed about advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our organization, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Many clients may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or substance abuse. Your role will be critical in providing support and fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and the pursuit of well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• Proven ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and establish meaningful therapeutic relationships through excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload availability.
