Sr. Manager, Service Sales - NE Atlantic

Location: OTPA1: NPH - Philadelphia Worker Remote Location, Remote City, PA, 06032 USA Date Posted: 2026-05-20 Country: United States of America Travel: Requires 50% travel across the NE Atlantic Operating Areas Responsibilities Oversee sales strategy including integration of sales growth; pricing analysis and market segment share objectives for assigned Operating Territories Refine existing programs and develop & lead new ones to increase sales, awards and bookings Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team, general managers and Operating Territory leaders to identify and help execute strategic goals and objectives Nurture relationships with existing key customers, consultants and general contractors and help develop new ones Ongoing coaching, training, and developing sales associates to meet or exceed sales plans Develop, maintain, and manage a strong relationship with sub-region leadership including branch managers, branch sales managers and functional leaders within the organization Provide direction to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience required Prior people leadership experience required 5 years of elevator industry experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers Self‑motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft‑based computer software Strong leadership, goal‑oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills Travel expected up to 20% of the time Bachelor’s degree required Benefits Work for an industry‑leading brand with an historic legacy Career progression with access to funded study schemes such as the Employee Scholarship Program 401(k) plan with a generous company match and automatic retirement contribution, plus comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage Three weeks paid vacation and paid company holidays Paid sick leave, employee assistance, and wellness incentive programs Life insurance and disability coverage to protect you and your family Voluntary benefits options for legal, pet, home, and auto insurance Generous birth/adoption and parental leave benefits, including adoption assistance Tuition reimbursement program Recognition and performance bonus opportunities Otis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
