Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, providing therapy both in individual and group settings.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and clinical assessments to identify emotional and mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized integrated care plans, collaborating with clients, their families, and other interdisciplinary team members to facilitate effective service delivery.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support and guidance to clients during critical situations.

• Facilitate ongoing communication among clients, their families, and care providers to ensure continuity of care and adherence to treatment goals.

• Contribute to team meetings and committees focused on improving agency service delivery and overall quality of care.

• Be available for on-call coverage as assigned to provide support during after-hours situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will work with primarily consist of school-aged children facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other emotional disorders. Your role as an LCSW is pivotal in developing treatment strategies that promote coping skills, resilience, and emotional well-being in children who may lack adequate support systems at home or in their communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
