Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, or family therapy through secure telehealth technology to clients navigating detoxification and recovery.

• Develop tailored, trauma-informed treatment plans that respect and respond to the diverse cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our streamlined electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with BBS and HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in peer consultation sessions and continuing education units (CEUs) to enhance your professional development and collaboration with colleagues.

• Utilize your unique clinical orientation—be it somatic, relational, strengths-based, or integrative—to inform your delivery of care and optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families in various stages of recovery from substance use and related mental health challenges. Your role is essential in helping clients navigate their journeys toward healing and resilience, and you will play a critical role in their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LCSW license in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, with preference for experience in telehealth.

Compensation and Benefits\n
