Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and devise individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating strategies for crisis management, behavior modification, and medication management.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to streamline workflows and enhance communication.

• Engage in collaborative practices with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans, customizing interventions to fit each client’s unique needs.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our practices meet or exceed necessary standards.

• Serve as a key liaison among various service systems and community partners, facilitating effective referrals and resource allocation for clients.

• Foster open communication channels and cultivate relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to expand service delivery and enhance program visibility.

• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops and conferences, to stay abreast of evidence-based practices and advancements in the mental health field.

• Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.
