Our family‑owned practice opened in 2019 and has now grown to 10 locations. This role is to provide support to our management team by managing our accounts payable across all locations. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling statements and invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are key. This position plays a vital role in maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. Details: Review and process statements Review and pay vendor invoices Submit payment of company bills Reach out to service providers about getting a lower rate Any other duties given by Management Supervisor Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
