Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement personalized therapeutic strategies that address the unique needs and goals of clients following thorough evaluations and assessments.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy across diverse groups and individual clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and progress in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback and progress.

• Participate in regular clinical consultation and team meetings to discuss client care strategies and share insights with colleagues.

As a Licensed Clinical Counselor at Sondermind, you will work with a varied client demographic that includes adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in Counseling, Psychology, or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 77,000 – 100,000 per year , plus bonus opportunities.
