Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to each client's individual circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, adapting approaches to suit varying client dynamics.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical professionals, social workers, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document and monitor client progress, ensuring that all records are maintained in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Remain current with developments in therapeutic techniques and mental health trends to continuously enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals coping with substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and other psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical setting, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
