Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health needs. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and active license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, as well as no disciplinary actions on record.

• Strong interpersonal skills complemented by a compassionate, empathetic nature.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Zallence Mental and Wellness Center, we offer competitive compensation, with an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on your experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
