Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, goals, and challenges, adapting your approach as needed to ensure thorough evaluations.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions targeting a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and everyday life stressors.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create personalized treatment plans, defining clear goals, therapeutic interventions, and benchmarks to track progress effectively.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention interventions to clients facing sudden changes in their mental health conditions, employing appropriate de-escalation techniques.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and relevant community resources, empowering them with knowledge for informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous client records, which include assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
