Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the behavioral and mental health needs of clients, particularly stable, low-acuity adults, and collaborate on individualized therapy goals.

• Deliver compassionate and ethical mental health counseling using video conferencing technology.

• Implement solution-focused therapeutic modalities to empower clients in their personal growth and self-discovery.

• Craft tailored treatment plans that address client-specific needs, adjusting them as necessary to reflect ongoing progress.

• Guide clients in developing healthy coping strategies and monitor their emotional and psychological development throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus will be on serving stable, low-acuity adults, enhancing their emotional well-being and equipping them with essential life skills through tailored therapy. This demographic often encompasses individuals who may be dealing with stress, life transitions, anxiety, or similar challenges but do not require intensive, crisis-level intervention.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of a current and valid state license, such as: \n

  \n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked and experience. Additionally, we provide the following benefits:
