Courtroom Clerk (Criminal Arraignment Clerk)

Administrative Specialist - Construction We are in search of an Administrative Specialist to work in our busy construction office. You will be responsible for all reporting and administrative tasks associated with billing and submission of invoices to our clients, as well as helping in the Order Management department with the tasks associated with the generation of work orders. Here is a glimpse of some of you will do:

• Oversee daily tasks of sending out invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Manage databases and payment systems.
• Verify client information.
• Operate office machines, phone systems and personal computers.
• Update notes using Microsoft Excel.
• Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
• Process work orders in timely and efficient manner.
• Responsible for Order Management activities includes creating new orders, change- orders, warranty and repair orders, and order cancellations.
• Review all work orders, files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
• Manage and organize signed Work Agreements, Sales Takeoffs, and sales quotes and place and book orders as necessary.

Here is some of what you will need (required):

• Must be at least 18 years of age with High School Diploma or GED.
• Third party portal site experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem, solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must have good mathematical skills including the ability to perform calculations, ability to create, consolidate and modify work order information.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word & Excel)
• Knowledge of ERP Systems a plus. Requires self-management and project management ability.
