Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will be expected to undertake a variety of responsibilities to ensure the wellbeing of your clients:

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy and counseling services to clients, encompassing individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to gather and analyze pertinent social, personal, environmental, and health-related data.
\n
• Evaluate client needs and develop tailored interventions that address issues within your scope of practice.
\n
• Design and coordinate programs that fulfill clients' social and emotional needs effectively.
\n
• Implement evidence-based cognitive, affective, and behavioral interventions, including facilitating crisis resolution and connecting clients to vital community resources.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships based on trust, respect, and empathy, essential for effective therapy.
\n
• Assess the success of treatment services through ongoing evaluation and client feedback.
\n
• Thoroughly document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols, ensuring compliance and transparency.

• Maintain an appropriate caseload, ensuring that documentation reflects an accurate account of services provided.

• Provide individual clinical counseling, utilizing your clinical expertise to support mental health recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The diverse clientele at Mind Elevate includes individuals facing various psychological challenges including, but not limited to, depression, mood disorders, substance use disorders, grief and loss, family issues, and relationship struggles. You will cater to underserved populations, emphasizing the importance of making mental health services accessible.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in the state of California.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in social work or a related discipline.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior counseling experience in behavioral mental health settings, particularly dealing with issues related to depression, anxiety, substance dependency, family dynamics, and grief counseling, is highly desirable. Experience working within a community health clinic or similar environment will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
