Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify and address barriers to treatment, ensuring patients receive effective support.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, utilizing both individual and group treatment approaches, and monitor progress throughout the treatment course.

• Document all social work activities and treatment progress in patients' medical records in accordance with departmental standards.

• Consult with medical and support staff to create comprehensive care programs that enhance the patient experience and treatment compliance.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health concepts, treatment plans, and available community resources, emphasizing empowerment and understanding.

• Advocate for patient and family needs, coordinating support services and resources in the community to promote self-determination and improve social support.

• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, along with adherence to ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
