Key Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Special Education endorsements, covering PreK–age 22
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Special Education, specifically early childhood experience preferred
• Eligibility to work full-time (32.5 hours/week) through school hours

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as instructional leader and compliance facilitator for Special Education programs in early childhood settings
• Support faculty with high-quality instructional practices and compliance with state and federal requirements
• Facilitate and lead IEP meetings
• Coach special education staff to improve outcomes for students with disabilities
• Collaborate with school administrators and district leaders to advance inclusion and expand student services
