Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client's backgrounds, needs, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate growth and healing.

• Maintain accurate and updated documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and clinical interventions in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Serve as a resource for clients by providing referrals to additional services, such as community resources and support groups.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues to discuss case management and optimize client care.

Qualifications\n
