THE GIST:

Our client, a well-capitalized, stealth-mode AI company building next-generation artificial intelligence, seeks a razor-sharp Executive Assistant to support one of their high-performing teams. This role will provide critical administrative support to a busy team by helping them stay organized and creating operational leverage in a fast-paced environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being the connective tissue across teams, thrives in ambiguity, and is energized by jumping in wherever needed to help the company run more effectively.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

• Provide team administrative support by managing priorities, schedules, and operational needs
• Coordinate complex meetings across teams, time zones, and stakeholders, proactively managing scheduling conflicts and ensuring teams stay aligned
• Partner with technical teams to improve workflows, support planning efforts, and help create structure in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Act as a key point of coordination to ensure smooth communication and execution
• Assist with team meetings, planning sessions, offsites, and other organizational activities
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes, build scalable systems, and increase operational efficiency
• Jump in to support the broader organization and help teams operate at their best
• Assist with various administrative tasks and projects, as needed 

THE ESSENTIALS:

• 3+ years of experience in administrative support, scheduling, operations, or coordination roles
• Experience supporting teams within high-growth tech companies or venture capital/private equity firms highliy preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines with confidence
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams across an organization
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information

COMPENSATION: $125k-150k base salary + bonus + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
