Associate Project Manager

Role Description

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Managed Services team. The Associate Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing implementation projects for VelocityEHS’s suite of products directly with our enterprise level clients.

• Lead teams of highly skilled Implementation Consultants and Specialists to develop effective implementation solutions.
• Manage the schedule, cost, and overall implementation of our products for diverse clients.
• Deliver successful software implementation/services projects in a service-based organization.
• Maintain an internal/external customer-focused mindset and keep all project team members on track with deliverables.
• Communicate effectively, be solutions-oriented, and exceptionally organized.
• Support team objectives and company goals at a high competency level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of project management/project coordination experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or relevant education/experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office and Project Management tools.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented multi-tasking working style.
• Collaborative approach and team-player mentality.
• Experience working in a remote-friendly company.
• Ability to travel (5 - 10% annually).

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Plan and coordinate the work of internal project team members, Subject Matter Experts, and Clients.
• Perform quality assurance testing on system configurations and customizations for projects.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular status reports to clients.
• Provide regular reporting on portfolio of projects.
• Work with Implementation Consultants and Specialists for cost estimates and statements of work.
• Contribute to the success of the Managed Services Teams through collaboration and development of best practices.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate team members in a cross-functional environment.

• Market-based salary range between $80,850 – $103,400 USD (United States), €52,550 - €68,450 EURO (Ireland), and $71,700 - $94,500 CAD (Canada).
