Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapy services to individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to screen for diagnosis and formulate personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and patient needs.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously in their permanent medical records, adhering to established medical/legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and children facing various mental health challenges. Our clients may present with issues ranging from mild to severe, including emotional and behavioral problems. The ability to establish rapport and create a safe space for clients to share their experiences is critical to fostering healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active independent license in the state of residence as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and develop effective treatment plans efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
