Strategic HR Partner: Employee Relations & Coaching
Wings Credit Union
Wings Credit Union, formed after a January 2026 merger with Ent Credit Union, seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted strategic consultant on talent matters. The HRBP will integrate with the HR Core Services Center to resolve employee questions and support leadership on performance, coaching, and workforce initiatives. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR/Business and 4+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience, preferably in a member-focused financial services environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wings Credit Union
