Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, psychosocial stressors, and treatment objectives.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients coping with diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Lead group therapy sessions aimed at fostering peer support, delivering psychoeducation, and addressing common mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring measurable goals and effective interventions.

• Respond to critical situations with crisis intervention, performing risk assessments, establishing safety plans, and connecting clients with emergency resources when necessary.

• Serve as an advocate for clients' rights, facilitating access to vital services and helping them navigate the complexities of healthcare and community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, consistent with legal requirements, ethical standards, and practices that ensure client privacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
