Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and needs, guiding treatment decisions.

• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including nurses, physicians, and spiritual care counselors to create integrated care plans that address both medical and psychosocial needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
