Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health concerns of clients, formulating clinical diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions that align with the unique goals of each client.

• Support clients during acute mental health crises by offering immediate intervention strategies and resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, adhering to ethical and legal standards to protect client privacy and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care that promotes positive outcomes.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, each facing unique challenges related to their mental health. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
