Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet client needs.

• Perform thorough assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, relationships, and presenting issues, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted issues faced by clients.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation sessions to refine therapeutic skills and ensure effective practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse demographic of clients, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and racial backgrounds. The client focus ranges from couples seeking to improve intimacy and communication to families dealing with relational conflicts and children or adolescents with behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
