Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs, including diagnostic assessments that inform treatment strategies.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapies to help individuals navigate mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, ranging from support groups to psychoeducational workshops, addressing prevalent mental health topics and fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, regularly reviewing and adjusting goals and interventions based on client progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
