Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify psychological disorders, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Develop personalized intervention and treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient, setting actionable therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual psychotherapy employing a range of therapeutic modalities in both virtual and in-person settings.

• Document all clinical services rendered, including initial evaluations, ongoing progress notes, and summary documentation, while adhering to confidentiality protocols.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adjusting them as necessary to maximize client outcomes.

• Foster a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere in which clients feel safe and empowered to share their experiences.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health.

• Provide clients with resources and referrals to aid them in reaching their personal and mental health goals.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief, trauma, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Your empathetic approach and ability to engage multiple therapeutic modalities will be critical in supporting clients as they work through their unique obstacles on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) as required by state regulations.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in various psychotherapy modalities and a comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and diagnoses.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaborative teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits\n
