Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including referrals to other specialists when necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attendance at workshops and training sessions, thereby remaining abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n
