Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering trusting relationships while adhering to professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharges when appropriate, ensuring a client-centered approach throughout.

• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, regularly updating them based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, to support continuity of care.

• Administer intake assessments to evaluate new clients, understanding their unique challenges and developing initial treatment strategies.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices to help clients navigate mental health challenges.

• Engage in ongoing supervision for professional growth, ensuring the highest standards of care are met consistently.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and coordinated treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted LPC licensure, with the ability to provide independent counseling services.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective management of client data and documentation.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services, particularly in outpatient settings.

• Comfort with administering and interpreting intake assessments to formulate treatment plans based on client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, reflecting both experience and contribution to our team.
