Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while still fostering collaboration among our dedicated team. Therapists typically work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some schedule adjustments possible based on patient availability and therapeutic needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain insights into each patient's unique challenges and strengths, which inform the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, tailored to the specific needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions to foster community building and shared learning among patients facing similar struggles.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate care and create comprehensive treatment approaches for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies while ensuring patient safety and dignity.

• Educate clients about their conditions, treatment options available, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all interactions and treatment provided, adhering to legal and ethical standards, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss best practices and share insights, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

• Stay current with advancements in the mental health field through ongoing research, training, and optional continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders and working knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated success in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing actionable treatment plans.

• Previous experience providing individual and group therapy to varied client demographics.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• High ethical standards and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant technological tools.

• A strong capacity for teamwork within a multidisciplinary setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in trauma-informed care practices or specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities is highly advantageous.

• Prior experience working in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise level and experience.
